These challenges don’t disappear as careers progress—in fact, they often intensify at senior levels, where representation thins and the stakes rise.
As a queer woman who has held executive and C-suite roles, I know the tension of wanting to belong while also wanting to lead change. My coaching is grounded in lived experience, not just frameworks. I work with LGBTQ+ and women professionals who are ready to grow into leadership without leaving themselves behind.
My story
My name is Louise Edwards
I created Raw Identity Coaching because I saw a pattern repeating around me. Highly skilled and accomplished leaders who had reached a point where the time pressures, the politics and the sense of personal fulfilment had faded. Time pressures stopped them mentoring their teams, the politics put too many barriers in their way, their creativity lost out to their inbox. I felt this pull too: to lead and work in a way that's true to my values, meaningful and that helps people. Raw Integrity Coaching is my contribution, helping people who have already achieved much to redefine success in line with their values. And then to coach sustainable strategies to align the way people think, engage with others, act and move with those values. With long experience in senior leadership across operations, technology, transformation and more, I can walk alongside you as you find the path you want to take.
